How the Hoot has Helped:

Thanks to the generosity of our community, The Winter & Summer Hoots are not only able to sustain themselves but also raised approximately $20K per year toward The Ashokan Center's important environmental education programs.

Thanks to The Ashokan Center and the Hoot organizers & volunteers, The Hoot has grown to be a well-respected and much-anticipated local event that truly strengthens our community by honoring handmade music, food & art, and the preservation of our sacred natural environment.
